Orders placed before the advertised order cut-off

Your order will be included in the next scheduled dispatch date shown on our website.

Orders placed after the advertised order cut-off

Your candle will be dispatched within 5 business days of your order to ensure it has completed its curing process.

Whenever possible, fully cured candles that are ready sooner may be dispatched earlier.

All UK mainland orders are shipped using:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Estimated delivery:
2–3 working days after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your Royal Mail tracking information by email.

Why doesn’t my order ship immediately?

Every Sergio G candle is individually hand-poured and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Rather than rushing production, we allow sufficient curing time so every candle reaches you ready to perform at its very best.

When will my order be dispatched?

If you place your order before the published order cut-off, your candle will be included in the next scheduled dispatch.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched within 5 business days of your order.

What happens if I miss the order cut-off?

No problem.

Your order will simply move into our next production schedule and will be dispatched within 5 business days of your order after completing the required curing process.

Why is curing important?

After a candle is poured, the wax and fragrance continue to stabilise.

Allowing the candle to cure properly helps deliver:

  • Better fragrance performance
  • A cleaner, more consistent burn
  • A more enjoyable fragrance experience from the very first burn
  • The level of quality we expect every Sergio G customer to receive

We never rush this process because quality is more important than speed.

Will my candle be dispatched sooner if it’s already ready?

Yes.

If your candle has already completed its curing process, we’ll dispatch it sooner whenever possible.

We never delay orders unnecessarily.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery is usually 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary during particularly busy periods.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present, Sergio G delivers to UK mainland addresses only.

We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

You’ll receive your Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking details by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not entered production or been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
