We hope you love your order from SERGIO G Candles. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or burned candles.
Sale items are non-returnable and are final sale, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
